Indiana Women IN Tech Week

• Neha Pathak reflected on how powerful it was to hear from women who transitioned into tech from diverse professional backgrounds:
  "It was awesome to connect with women in tech. I learned a lot by sharing ideas about their experiences in industry from their journey when it started. Best part was there were many women who jumped into tech from completely different professions... Excelling was their aim no matter what."
   

• Kate Maxwell emphasized the importance of curiosity, financial literacy, and self-advocacy:
  "The panel discussions covered so much ground: self-advocacy, financial literacy, career growth, and technology trends. It was an honor to sponsor this awesome event. The importance of curiosity in life and career, overcoming perfectionism, and not waiting for the perfect moment to act were all key takeaways. Opportunity is rarely convenient!"

  "The girls and I had a great time at Fort Wayne Tech’s Family-Friendly Career Fair to cap off Northeast Indiana Women in Tech Week! We connected with so many great companies and organizations, each showing my daughters how they can use their unique gifts to make a meaningful impact in different fields.
