We are dedicated to fostering digital literacy, retaining tech talent, and advancing the growth of Northeast Indiana’s technology ecosystem through community engagement, lifelong learning, and career development.

Q: When did Fort Wayne Tech start?
A: We started in January of 2024 as a LinkedIn group holding monthly meetups. Fort Wayne Tech Inc formed as a nonprofit in August of 2024 and became a 501c3 nonprofit the following September.
Q: How did Fort Wayne Tech evolve into an organization?
A: We saw a need in the community, a hunger to grow, collaborate, and innovate and a desire to move the tech culture in Fort Wayne forward. We recognized that it needed to be a broad and encompassing movement. That's why we focus on connecting people, building the community with events and programs, and providing a hub for resources and development.
Q: Are you a registered 501c3 nonprofit?
A: Yes! We recieved our 501c3 nonprofit designation in September of 2024.

Our Programs
Fort Wayne Tech aims to achieve these goals by developing the following programs:

Community Events: Monthly mixers, speaker sessions, and an annual tech conference to foster connections and collaboration.

Workshops & Classes: Engaging workshops and hands-on classes designed to help participants expand their knowledge and skills.
